Assess a product’s importance to your business and the stability of its demand together: 9 groups from AX to CZ.
What is it?
ABC × XYZ combines the two analyses: a product’s importance to the business (ABC) and its demand stability (XYZ) are assessed together. The result is 9 groups from AX to CZ, each showing GMV, sales, margin and expenses.
Why does it matter?
Each group needs its own strategy. For example, AX is an important, stable product that should always be well stocked; CZ has a small share and unstable demand, so you shouldn’t tie up extra money in it.
In the video
