Split products into groups A, B and C based on their results.
What is it?
ABC analysis splits products into three groups by their contribution to business results: A — products that drive most of the results, B — average results, C — products with a small share of the total. For each group you see SKU count, GMV, sales, margin, expenses, returns and cancellations.
Why does it matter?
You can’t give every product equal attention. ABC shows which products “carry” your business: group A should always be in stock, while group C can be reconsidered or removed from the assortment.
