What is it?
FBO (Fulfillment by Operator) is a model where your products are stored in the marketplace’s warehouse and the marketplace itself delivers the orders. A shipment is a request that specifies which products and how many units are sent to the marketplace warehouse.
Why does it matter?
When a shipment is set up correctly, products reach the warehouse on time and sales don’t stall. In Robohub you can select products and quantities, check the details and manage ready shipments.
