Through roles. In the “Staff” section, open Roles, add a new role, give it a name and define which sections it can access — that is, its permissions.
After that, each staff member only sees the sections they’re allowed to: work stays organized and sensitive data stays protected. You can keep managing the roles you’ve created later on (lesson 29).
View the list of documents, open each document to see its details, and manage your documents (lesson 28).
